Product Description
XGJ series Ice-cream bar production is an automatic and multifunctional machine of color ice-cream, which is equipped with cold source freezing system. With technical processes of filling, suction, grouting, stick insertion, mold release (second mold release) and coating, this machine is applicable for continuously production of different jam filling, coating and stick inserted ice-creams. And can finish the production of various special ice-creams when it's equipped with other accessories, like: high consistence vacuum pump, dried fruit adding station, double-color grouting station, swinging grouting station, fruit spraying device etc..
This machine adopts PLC control system and touch screen to make it easy for operation. It adopts pneumatic transmission drive as the main equipment power, the PLC control system transmits electrical signal of set procedures to achieve the goal of driving each functional cart and manipulator.
XGJ series Ice-cream bar production line adopts strong circulation of cold & heat exchanging form and uniform compression of saltwater, which greatly speeds up the exchange of cold and heat saltwater and to improve the production capacity. It's essential equipment for large-scale and high-quality ice-cream production.
