Introduction:

The machine can connect with freezer; the lamella pump can feed the materials stablely. The dosing screw is drived by motor, the lamella pump can be adjusted by controlling the transducer. The inner blender can put all kinds of fruit bits into the ice cream paste in a very stable speed. The whole machine adopt stainless steel material and easy to clean. The controlling board can control all the functions of the machine. The machine has a compact structure and easy to install.

Working principle:
The machine contains two main parts:
Hopper and dosing screw
There is a stirring device in the hopper to ensure stable material feeding. Dosing screw can transport the material to the feeding mouth of the lamella pump. The speed of the screw feeder is adjustable between 0% and 100%. By changing different dosing screws the fruit feeder should mix 20~1500L/H ingredients.
